Paragona is a leading European provider of international solutions to staff shortage problems for the healthcare sector.

We are a private Scandinavian-Polish company founded in 2002, and our team consists of approximately 50 full-time and part-time employees. Paragona's headoffice in located in Warsaw, Poland and we operate additional offices in Bucharest, Paris and Stockholm. Our main training campus is situated close to the centre of Warsaw.

Our clients include large public and private healthcare providers across Europe. A majority of clients have worked with us for many years and return to us continuously.

To date we have helped over 2 000 healthcare professionals and family members start a new professional and personal life abroad. On average, 95% of our healthcare professionals stay in the country to which they have been recruited.
