IT ALL BEGINS WITH A CV!

The first step is a simple online registration on the Paragona website. Upon registration you will receive our CV form by email. Of course, our team is always available for support in order to make sure that your CV fully reflects your competence and experience.

LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER!

The next step is ASSESSMENT CENTRE on Skype. The Assessment Centre is an opportunity for us to get to know you better as a person and to assess your strengths.

During your attendance at the Assessment Centre, you will:

  • Receive more details about available offers, the employers and the destination country in question
  • Get a better understanding of what we can offer you and your family both before and after moving to the new country
  • Familiarise yourself with teaching methods used by Paragona
  • Undergo language learning tests, and personal interviews

GET TO KNOW THE EMPLOYER!

As soon as an employer shows an interest in your profile, you will be invited for a visit. Interviews take place at the future workplace in the chosen country. This allows you to get to know the new work/life environment, e.g. working conditions, responsibilities, colleagues, and the surrounding area.

Paragona organizes all practical arrangements for the visit. After the visit, the employer makes the final decision about offering you employment.

INK ON PAPER!

When you accept the offer, you will sign a Contract of Employment with the employer. The contract guarantees your employment in a specific position, on agreed conditions and at an agreed salary. This guarantee is fulfilled upon the condition that you successfully complete Paragona's preparatory course.
