The unique model of Paragona's Locum rotation programme in GB and IR offers doctors a very competetive salary and a rotation schedule with a few doctors sharing the same position, enabling them to adapt the working weeks in accordance to doctors' time limits. The offer is suitable for:

- doctors who want both to develop their medical career in their home countries and realize well-paid Locum contracts (it may be 2-4 week rotations every two months, 1 week every month, 1-4 monthly rotations a year, etc.)
- doctors who want to expand their career internationally and devote all most of their time to well-paid Locum contracts (in that case longer rotations are taken into account)

The model will work both for individual specialists as well as their teams. For example 3 colleagues (with the same specialisation) share a joint staff grade or consultant position etc.

Paragona offers a great possibility for young doctors to work in UK or Ireland and simultanously continue or start their desired specialization. Typically, the young doctors will be able to start or continue with their specialization after one year of work (GB) or 2 years (Ireland).
