What makes Paragona’s offer unique is a comprehensive programme of language, professional and cultural adaptation training that helps candidates adapt smoothly to the new work and life environment. The Paragona training curricula are always tailor-made for each client. In the course of the programme, the candidates master the language, learn the country-specific professional rules and get immersed in the culture of the target country.
