The recruitment process

We believe that a successful recruitment process requires careful and comprehensive preparation of candidates before their departure to the country of placement. We strive to give our candidates the tools to complement their already superior professional and personal skills so they can succeed in the new environment:

Before direct interviews with the prospective employer, the candidates receive lessons in self-presentation and job-interview conduct skills.

The candidates attend a comprehensive language and preparatory course, during which they:

  • Learn or improve their command of the language of the country of placement
  • Master the relevant medical vocabulary in the foreign language to ensure effective communication with patients and colleagues
  • Learn about the relevant administrative and professional rules and procedures in the country or area of placement
  • Learn about the country’s culture
  • Learn about any other relevant features of the country and region of placement

The candidates receive assistance in relocation, registration and settlement.

In case of lengthier placements, we offer a special adaptation programme for families.
