WE OFFER SHARED OR PERMANENT POSITIONS The accession of 10 new EU member States has opened unprecedented opportunities for the circulation of healthcare staff within Europe. We offer two models for hard-to-fill vacancies in the healthcare sector: Shared Positions or Permanent Positions. For our Shared Positions, we put together a team of exceptional healthcare professionals who fill your vacancy on a rotating schedule. Each team typically consists of 3-4 individuals. The Shared Positions offers the flexibility of temporary staffing at a cost comparable to permanent employment. To the individual healthcare professional the proposition is equally attractive: an opportunity to “earn and learn” abroad for limited periods while remaining rooted at home. In the Permanent Positions model the healthcare professional becomes part of your permanent team, employed under the same conditions as your local staff. We recruit, train and assist in the preparation of the individual – the programme typically includes training on Paragona’s campus for several months. Most of our clients for Permanent Positions are healthcare organizations in rural areas where attracting and retaining staff is a constant challenge. Paragona’s doctors make a commitment to live and work abroad for several years, and our recruitment and training programmes are designed to find and help prepare the candidates for this challenge.
