Specialist doctor in Gynaecology

The work requires medical competence in the entire field of gynaecology and obstetrics. The activities the clinic handles are general gynaecology, infertility, urological gynaecology, dysplasia, oncology, ultrasound, women’s health/adolescent clinic, obstetrics and specialist maternity care.

Competences and skills
We give you the opportunity to work independently within the subject areas, while at the same time you develop work areas yourself. As a specialist doctor in obstetrics and gynaecology, you get to work with varying tasks! We work a lot in teams and attach great importance to improvement work. You collaborate with  other clinics in the region and the women’s clinic in Linköping.

You enjoy working in a team. You are calm and stable with the ability to make correct balances and priorities even in stressful or pressing situations. As one working day is never the same, we see that you are comfortable in rapidly changing circumstances and have the ability to plan and structure your work while taking into account the best interests of the business.

The position includes on-call work according to a fixed shift schedule. There are two hotlines. A doctor is on call at the hospital. A senior doctor is available at home evenings, nights and weekends.
